March is a peak oyster season in Matsushima, Japan, and Kabuki chefs pay tribute to this culinary culture with a special menu available from the 4th to the 17th of March 2024.
For two weeks, we are offering fresh and delicious Australian produce – Tasmanian oyster entrees. Enjoy fresh oysters – handpicked from the coast of Tasmania, freshly shucked and accompanied by lemon, our house made Ponzu or raspberry lime sauce (6pcs, $18). If you prefer a little more crunch in your oysters, our chefs offer Kaki fry. These fresh, plump Tasmanian oysters are deep-fried with panko and served with Kewpie sauce (6pcs, $24).
Come and savour the delights of our oyster celebration! – especially if you love oysters. The special menus are available from Monday to Saturday, dinner time.
